Danielle M. Delaini (Dani)  is a freelance event specialist working with Chambers of Commerce, Business Associations and Community Organizations. Available to assist in the development, planning and/or execution of fundraising events for your organization, she holds a Masters of Science in Management in Mission Driven Organizations through Marlboro College, a B.A.from Clark University.

As a former Senior-level leader at a Chamber of Commerce and with over 10 years of nonprofit experience, Dani understands the intricacies of speaking with business and community leaders at all levels. Her extensive experience includes event planning and execution, client based relations, database management, visitor services, communications, fundraising and the development of new strategies and programs for growth and expansion in the non-profit sector.

Dani knows that not all organizations have the same resources, work with the same populations or serve the same mission. She believe that these differences can be strengths when it comes to choosing a fundraiser that will best fit an organization’s objectives and in the delivery of an exceptional experience to attendees.

Flat Rate Event Assistance

It is the big day of your special event and you may need an extra set of hands. More importantly, you need a professional, friendly person who will take the time to learn about your organization beforehand and is willing to do whatever it takes to make your event a success.

Including but not limited to:

-Attending event planning meetings by phone or in person as requested
-Assisting the organization with packing and procuring necessary items for events
-Arriving early at the event to pack event items into designated vehicles and transport to event site
-Assisting the organization with setup for the event
-Assisting with registration and greeting of attendees
-Assisting with the set up and execution of specialized events such as Expos, Conventions, Auctions, Galas, Races and more.
-Assisting the organization with takedown of the event and
subsequent transportation of items back to office following the event
– Completing cleanup and putting away of all items used for events
-Any additional needs that you may have…

You don’t want to have to worry about how many hours you are paying for assistance, you simply want someone to be there when you need them- for as long as the event takes. While rates vary by distance from the home location, if you are located in Upstate New York or New England you can expect a daily rate of between $150 and $350. We will agree on the fee before the event and there will be no surprises.
